Our engineers, technicians and staff are encouraged to be self reliant,
and work within a team structure. We are constantly evaluating ourselves
individually and collectively as a team. We do not believe that evaluation
and reward should only occur once every year.
We focus on individuals who have the capability to excel but more
importantly are self motivated, confident and have the ability to teach and
motivate their fellow peers. Our
pathway to the future always starts with staff allowing creativity to develop
and flourish. We simply provide the
necessary tools for staff to become successful.
