With the advent of the 21st.
Century upon us, software, computers, and the “world wide web” continue to
define the future of business. Terra Integrated Design, llc (TI Design)
continues to capitalize on the success of the technical industry by taking
advantage of current resources and implementing future software
technologies to become successful and confident in today’s fast paced
industry of civil engineering and electronic data exchange documentation
services (EDED).
Our goal is to develop
proven technical solutions in the field of data management within civil
engineering boundaries through the utilization of Autodesk and Bentley
based products. TI Design is a progressive civil engineering firm developed
by Zdenko Novkovic who comes from a background in Civil Engineering with an
emphasis in Land Development, and Electronic Data Management services.
Experience culminates from
working with many local companies such as Carter & Burgess, Kirkham
Michael, Banning Lewis Ranch, Bucher Willis & Ratliff, Gray Eagle
Builders, Tiger Design, Inter-Mountain Engineering, URS Greiner and Vanek
Consultants. This has produced a level of experience that allows TI Design
to assist developers, planners, engineers and contractors managing projects
from start to finish.

Whether we are providing solutions for Flood Water Retarding Structures
(dam), designing roadways, inspecting bridges, or providing data management
solutions, we understand the impact of project economics in relation to
project schedule. TI Design has a
strong desire to provide the most practical and economical solution to all
of our clients.

We understand our industry
is a team oriented business and cannot be completed without good
communication skills with clients, members of staff, local municipalities,
and other critical people involved with a project. We are dedicated to building long-term
relationships through quality service and support.
The ability to
effectively communicate ideas, designs, and potential conflicts that can
occur on a daily basis must be managed quickly and efficiently. This is accomplished by creating a close
and well understood mechanism at the beginning of the design phase and not
when materials, and equipment, are mobilized for the project.
